The mission of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League is to assist each woman of The Lutheran Church -Missiouri Synod and The Lutheran Church-Canada with the Triune God so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world.
The LWML at Christ Lutheran Church has two small groups (or circles) that meet each month. One circle meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 11:30 am in the church Sacristy, while the other circle meets in members' homes on the second Thursday evening of each month. These circles then meet together quarterly to have a General Meeting and enjoy devotions, hear about LWML news and conduct any business transactions.
We generally host two fund raisers each year. One is our annual LWML Sunday and Bake Sale which the church members look forward to each year. We also host a "Taste of the Holidays " or other fund raiser each Fall with the monies raised from each event going to support our missions.

The LWML Ladies support many local and around the world Missions with their "Mites". Our loose change has the potential to carry the message of Jesus Christ to those who are lost and need help! Circle members also prepare Health Kits for the LCMS World Relief/Human Care and also prepare Easter Baskets for children of battered women.
Several of our members serve as delegate to District or National LWML Conferences, where we meet new sisters of Christ!
